Hi, my name is Paul and I have 18 years of experience working in local, regional, and global teams from start-ups to large organizations. During this time, I found there was little consideration given to providing teams with practical, strengths-based development programs necessary to become high-performing teams. In fact, this appears to be the norm despite the huge amount of time we spend engaged working with others.

Since founding my company in 2019, I now help teams unlock their individual and collective potential by blending training, modern coaching practices, and cutting-edge psychometric assessments. This powerful combination has led to improved well-being, retention, absenteeism, and productivity.

I am passionate about developing others and have amassed over 3,000 hours as a trainer of various sorts across 15 countries, working with many different nationalities and cultures.
